The Help Desk is 24-hours a day, 7-days per week, 365-days per year to all faculty and students using the Blackboard e-Learning software. Note: You should not contact the e-Learning Help Desk with issues related to the BC website or your BC login. The following illustrations will demonstrate how to get technical assistance with your e-Learning courses 24-hours a day, 7-days per week.

Getting Help with your E-Learning Courses
Step 1: You may call the help desk toll free at 1-800-630-8715 to assist you with your e-Learning courses 24-hours a day, 7-days per week. You may also use the online chat service to "speak" with an e-Learning help desk support person between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Additionally, go to www.broward.edu/blackboard, and click the Click here for all login and technical problems! link (see figure below).

Step 2: Click on the area that relates to you (see figure below).
